James is a veteran of software design and development with fifteen years of commercial experience.
In the last decade, James has worked for companies as small as fifteen people and as large as five thousand.
From working in a medical informatics company, on-site gathering requirements from client hospitals, working on the development of those requirements and the hands-on installations of those same systems, (far too many times in fridge-like server rooms). To working for a large, international men's luxury-fashion retail website as the lead, senior technical-contact for business product owners.
James has worked on green-field projects and also joined large projects in full-flight with major refactoring work already underway. Having worked with third party clients to ascertain their requirements, to personally pushing the button to get a project live, James been hands-on with the development cycle from origin to completion on more occasions than he can remember.
